Arthur Hough & Sons Limited acquires P&M Fasteners & Fixings

We are pleased to announce that Arthur Hough & Sons is the new owner of P&M Fasteners & Fixings - a well-established supplier of professional fixings, fasteners and ironmongery.

As an Arthur Hough & Sons company, the firm will be operating from Arthur Hough’s Wolverhampton premises but will retain the existing workforce. The takeover coincides with the retirement of P&M’s managing director Clive Postle having run the business successfully for 38 years.

Arthur Hough’s managing director, Richard Evans is delighted to be continuing P&M’s legacy of high-quality fixings: “Our two companies are a perfect fit for one another. Both are Black Country based, and, as suppliers to the suspended ceilings and dry lining industries, we share the same customers.  This development means that we can secure the future of this excellent business and its people and continue the high standard of service that existing and new clients expect.  With P&M Fasteners & Fixings operating under the Arthur Hough umbrella, we hope to strengthen our position as a leading supplier of products to the construction and interior fit out industries.”
